Bounced up a lb. but yesterday was a very busy day and I drank barely any water. Then didn't eat dinner till 7:30 after my daughter's school open house and it was so good I ate more at 10pm. It was beef roast so still LC but very late. Hopefully it'll drop tomorrow along with a new challenge WTG Leezlelee

Oh Smullen, hope you are losing that ball soon. Didn't weigh myself this morning - knew this was my day out for lunch and was expecting to have ate far too much. However, Italian restaurant was fantastic and had suitable food - least I hope so. Had mushrooms stuffed with goat's cheese followed by salmon with carrots. Being on higher carbs, I'm hoping that's going to be okay. They served me the salmon without the sauce so I'm hoping there were no extra carbs hidden away with the stuffing on the goat's cheese and I drank TWO large bottles of mineral water with it. I'm SO hungry now but thought I'd come on here to record and get some motivation! Now off to watch the Biggest Loser and try not to eat anything before supper time which is only about an hour or two away here.

This is turning out to be one of the longer challenges it seems. Come on Leezelee, you are SO close!

Smullen, ouch, we both know how important water is for the two of us, I am going to go get a frosty mug of it right now. LOL

There are people from all around the world here, what country are you from? I'm Canadian, a Nova Scotia girl "born and bred" here.

What are your plans for food today, I had a shrimp stir fry for lunch and am having steak and a Caesar salad for supper.

Hello! Thanks for the welcome. Technically it's not my first post. I had an account a couple of years ago but it's been so long since I used it I figured I should just start over and make a new account.

I'm from the US. My plan today; Breakfast 2 eggs, 2 pieces of turkey bacon topped with a little cheese and salsa

Lunch was Ham and cheese in a lettuce wrap and a boiled egg.

Dinner: Unsure.

I'm sure your not the first to restart here with a "new name". LOL

Salsa and a little sour cream is a nice dip for chicken, I see you like salsa.

Hope the weather is nice where you are. It has been warm here and I am still putting clothing out on the line to dry, I know that will come to an end too soon though.
