I hope you'll find, as so many of us have, that the goal of Atkins (or any low-carb eating plan) is to revise your way of eating for life. It isn't a "diet" in the traditional sense, but a whole new way of solving nutritional needs and wants. With that in mind, you'll want to avoid trying to replicate traditional high-carb treats or foods with low-carb substitutes.
