Default Looking for natural replacement for NSAID

I already take 5 grams of fish oil, and it isn't helping. I've tried Krill oil. Curcumin upsets my stomach and intestines. I take D3, magnesium, lots of B vitamins. I'm looking for things that work like an NSAID (asprin, etc) to relieve minor pain and inflammation. Any suggestions?

Thanks! I think there's some in my curcumin tablets. Hopefully it isn't the thing causing the upset. I'll try some on its own.

I've tried it, no matter how many times I wash my hands, it ends up in my eyes. OUCH!

My joints and tendons, I have autoimmune arthritis that sometimes strikes everywhere. It really is in remission but I'm still ouchy at times.

I've tried Glucosamine & Chondroitan and it does nothing for me.

At work, I'm researching back health items, and I've come across a couple of products that might help you:

Aspirspray

StePHan Flexibility

At the gym I found a bunch of ladies (all over 80) huddled around exchanging information. I joked that they looked like drug dealers on a corner! They laughed, because they were discussing pain meds! Their overwhelming favorite is something I had to jump on the web to find, but it does exist. I got some and tried it, but I am not suffering enough aches and pains to give it a real test.

The ladies at my gym recommend something called Penetran plus.
