Hello,

I know Cajunboy went on some kind of trip and would be gone for several months.

I also hope to hear back from him.

I have been busy with lots ot medical issues with my wife that sort of make my diabetes secondary lately.

I keep reading, but haven't posted much at all lately.

I am doing well. My average BG is below 110 and I know I can get my average below 100 but that requires being more strict. Not clear that it is necessary.

Taking meds, Janumet and Metformin XL works pretty well for me

Best regards to you,

Ralph

OH Eddie - somehow I heard you asking about me so here I am after months of being gone.

All is well and as you know I have had my struggles and stuck to them and all has benefited my life immensely and have taken me in a new direction of life fulfillment. My large weight loss and excellent health status has been a blessing in more ways then I could of ever thought - I will never give up that great feeling.

Thanks for thinking of me & hope all is well with you!

Nikki

I've been going through a lot of old posts and didn't realize you had written that one....

Well, I've been back and I know you've noticed... One thing you don't know is I'm planning a trip to Houston in the next weekend or two and I've considered contacting you to see if you'd like to have lunch on one of my days there....

Ron
