what is everyone taking? have you found anything that actually speeds weight loss, like green tea pills? Also I was reading about ginseng, that it helps along your scale and your tape measure. True?

Apple Cider Vinegar
Chromium
Oils (Omega 3, 6 and 9)
Calcium
Multi-Vitamin
Potassium

and at night I take some Metamucil, Valerian, and St John's Wort.

I have high cholesterol so I take some vitanutrients for that so my list is a bit longer.
multi vitamin mineral
CoQ10
Garlic
Alpha linoic acid
Relora
Calcium, magnesium, zinc
B complex
Acidophilus
Niacin
Pantothine sp?
Chromium
Essential oils
I can't wait until my cholesterol level goes down so I can stop taking most of these.

I also have adrenal issues, so I take pretty many supplements:
Multivitamin
Folic acid
Vitamin C
Vitamin E
Omega-3
Relora
Seriphos
B complex
Chromium
Acidophilus bifidus
For cravings - L glutamine (haven't used that in awhile since LCing)
Melatonin if needed for sleep
