Interesting milestone for me
I am no where near my goal weight of 125 lbs. Sad to say I actually put the weight back on over the past year. I guess I should update my stats but I don't want to ...yet. I did gain quite a bit of weight back but, my smaller clothes still fit Yeah, I gained it back but I ran a 5K competition a month ago. My waist is within a healthy diameter
I gained it back even though I ate carefully and low carbally. I stepped into perimenopause and that has caused the gain. I am not concerned that I gained the weight ( there is much more to this than weightloss ). But I am working at losing it with exercise and coconut oil. Honestly, the coconut oil has done more for me than the exercise. I consider this a success story.
