Default Hi I'm from Singapore

Hi guys..... I'm from Singapore....and i have been using Atkin's diet for quite some time, even back in 1998. My cousin gave me the Atkins book that chged my life and even chged my health!

Though there are times that I can't totally follow this diet, esp when i was still schooling. But now i am back on the Atkins diet to lose further weight and get back to better health. Fortunately, thru'out the period when i didnt go by Atkin's diet I still managed to maintain my weight.

When I started using this diet for at least 6 mths,I lost a total of 16 kg. A far cry from what other diets I tried. However, its considered spending more money on eating what is permitted on the diet (my mom complains).

When i started a new phase of schooling, I did not know how to deal with outside eating, and hence I didnt exactly follow the diet that closely. Sweets and rice got me back....but thank God i maintained my weight by controlling food amts.

Now that i am working, i have reverted to the atkin's diet. though it means i have to eat less of the wide variety of foods here, but i am seeing results. But seriously, places like Singapore & Malaysia are food paradises! = P

I've still got abt 19 kg to go, my target weight is 50kg..
