Two week no weigh challenge ends Feb 1.

My main goal is to get some muscle tone as I lose fat. I dont want to be droopy.

Knocking dust off this exercise journal (blow)

Iris is still doin it. Yesterday I did cardiosculpt (firm). This morning I did tighter assets (buns of steel lady).

Preparing for memorial day weekend plans. Tryna look sexy.

Feb is shortest month of the year. I can do it. I am gonna be supergood on my exercise this month!

Yesterday tighter assets tammy lee webb.

Today 55 minute cardiosculpt. I felt like I really got a good workout. I didnt cheat at all. I did those squats like whoa!

Just came to be nosy and checkout your gym log. I know you are exercising but not posting it all in here. What is that funny sounding ab workout you do?? Is it really good??

I dropped the pounds on my weights this week. I was working with my 10lbs as much as I could, but decided to go with my 5lbs being the heaviest for awhile. I heard this helps you tone with more stamina.

Went to gym today. Skinny trainer girl put me through paces. It really is different working out with someone. My body is so so sore. You cant cheat when someone is watching. We did lunges. We did squats. We did free weights. We went on the treadmill. We walked on the track. I am saying we..it was actually me. Then we got stretched out (that was the best part).

Afterwards we went in the little room to discuss fees. It was a short discussion. I was unwilling to pay 800 bucks for two months of training. I was thinking it would be a 50 dollar a session type deal..they politely explained to me that it was 50 dollars pers session when broken down...but they wanted the money up front. It was also politely explained to me that I should think of it as making an investment in myself. I informed them that I already had invested in a car, rent and food.

I am not deterred. I am going to find someone to set me up a plan. I am going to the gym 5 days a week. Cardio then weights alternate upper and lower body. I have free time at Ballys until April 17. I am anxious to see what can be accomplished in two months time.

I will keep myself and everyone else posted.

Its been almost a year since I have been in here. its crazy.
so i have re-re-re-rededicated myself to exercise. I am a serial rededicator it seems.

Monday 25 minutes elliptical 20 minutes stairclimber
Tuesday 30 minutes elliptical
Wednesday 25 minutes elliptical 20 minutes stairclimber

This morning
25 elliptical 10 stair climber. I felt a little dizzy afterwards. My target heart rate is 160. I got up to 172 at one point.

My gym had a contest an 8 week challenge body fat, weight fitness level. 100 to join and the winner gets 1,000. As usual I was a day late and a dollar short. I think I could have won that. Not because I am such a great worker outer but because those women in the gym dont really have anything to lose. Most of them are super fit and cant pinch an inch. Just imagine the weight I could have lost in 2 weeks with that kind of motivation. Oh well. Next time.

This morning 30 minutes on elliptical with a whooping 400 calories. Wow. I am definitely getting more out of the elliptical than I ever did on the stairmaster or treadmill.

I will post weight on 3/4/05. I just noticed that is when Alicia's challenge ends you know the one that I am kinda sorta participating in.

Breakfast 1 sausage and 3/4 of one fried egg. I feel so sick after working out in the mornings but it is helping me eat less.

Went to the gym on Sunday as a cool down day. I was supposed to do PiYo which is a combination yoga and pilates class. Well the Piyo was cancelled so I got on the elliptical 30 minutes and then 15 minutes on the treadmill. This burned about 550 calories. I just cant believe it. I am glad I did it this morning I woke up with snow all over so I didnt go to the gym. More than made up for it Sunday though. I will be back to the gym on Tuesday morning.
