Default Finally under 200!

Hi everyone~ I am so happy and excited to be under 200 lbs. It's been a long road and I still have 50 odd lbs. to go.
I have tried sooooo many other "diet" plans in the past......TOPS, weight watchers, Nutri-systems, Optimast, Phen-Fen, Susan Powter.............all of them low fat/high carbs. I lost some, once even 60 lbs. but struggled the whole time and always gained it back and more.
LC'ing, Atkins primarily is the only thing that has ever worked for me. I feel so much better. I used to get chronic headaches...........on lc I almost never get one! I posted 320 as my high weight here because I just couldn't face putting a higher one...............not that 20 extra lbs might mean much at over 300 but it did, and it does..........my high weight was 340............my before pics are somewhere in my journal.........yup......it was really me.......it still is really me, just a smaller bod.
Somehow getting under 200 is like magic............it just feels so good to be getting toward the "normal" range if there is such a thing. I still have almost 50 lbs. to go and may adjust my goal as I appraoch that 150 mark. This is it folks...........my woe.......my wol.
I just wanted to thank this forum for all the love and support you have all offered.........it really makes a difference~

I came to this forum for inspiration and I wasn't disappointed. I long for the day to be under 200 pounds. Obviously it can be accomplished.

Thanks for telling your story.

I hope to give the same motivation to some one else one day (soon)
