Hello everyone

Hello, I am new to the forums. This is my second time on Atkins, and I feel so much better. I do not know why I gave it up the first time. I originally lost 150 lbs, went off Atkins, and gained almost all of it back in about 2 years. I am now back on Atkins, and now understand that this is a WOL for me. Gaining all that weight back made me do some self discovery, and I feel so much more confident about eating low carb as a WOL.
