Wink soy protein powder

Hi folks,
I.m back with a little problem. I bought some soy protein powder
that the store on the web said had no sugar or carbs in it and found
out from the company they were wrong.

Anyway = I was hoping that some of you people were using a low carb
sugar free Soy Protein Powder and would you please post
the brand name etc. to help me with with locating one.

Thanks for your help ! Carolyn

I use Fearn soya powder for my baked goodies, it has 7g carbs minus 3.5g fiber = 3.5 effective carbs, a little higher than Atkins bake mix. It has 10g protein. No sugar. Serving size is 1/4 cup. I really like it and doesn't have a soy taste to me. I get it at my local health food store.

You want a Soy Protein ISOLATE, which will be protein only.

I use Trader Joe's. ($10 for 32oz.)
