Red face Binged

I binged on Sunday. I got up and instead of going to the gym I got up and went to McDonald's. I had two McGriddles, a hash browns, and coffee with creamer and Splenda. Then I went up the street to Safeway and bought and ate 5 jalepeno poppers and a package of twinkies. Also some diet soda because carbs make me thirsty.

On my way to work I had a small fries and a pumpkin muffin and a pumpkin frappiccino.

At work I ate a Taco Bell crunchwhap supreme I'd bought earlier, two huge chocolate muffins, some celery and peanut butter, and most of a two liter bottle of Diet Pepsi Jazz.

At home I had a glass of wine before bed.

I did walk 20,000 steps this day at least (about 9 miles).

I got up Monday morning and went to the gym and ran 5 miles on the treadmill (1 hour) to help burn off the carbs. 22,200 steps (about 10 miles).
