Thanks Chewie... for the welcome!

I am impressed w/SP recipes!! They will be easy to modify!!

Boy you can sure tell when you have strayed a mite!! Sunday I slipped a little bit tooooo much and it really showed up! Even walked 3 times, because I knew I over did it!! Well guess that is a good lesson, when you are really getting the hang of it to falter and eat what is not permitted... Had a box of "Life" cereal that was opened, did'nt want to throw it out, so had 1/2 cup w/2% milk... Cats got the milk when I was done!! Blood sugars climbed!! So much for boasting on previous post!! Duh!! Hope you all have a great day!! Later....Sas

LazyDaisy, that's the beauty of this program. We live and learn. When things don't work, we try another approach. When we have something that is not on the program, and we see the results, we just get back on and don't eat those off-program items again. Good for you to recognize the problem and move on.
