Thought it was about time to start keeping track of my exercise.. just like I've been doing with my food intake..

Something about.. accountability...

August 3rd..

Treadmill.. 1 1/2 miles.. 175 calories..

Reporting in for today..

Thinking I should start using the pedometer that I got from McDonald's when they were giving them away.. see how many steps I take at work..

August 4th..

Treadmill - 1 1/4 Miles - 144 calories

Kattar.. They did..

It was during a "get fit" type of program.. With some salads they introduced... I think it was at a time when they were getting a lot of flack about how unhealthy it was to eat there... You were to aim at taking 10,000 a steps a day..

Not a bad pedometer for the price.. (free)

Sunday, August 7th..

Just got off my treadmill.. 43 Minutes.. 1 3/4 miles.. 201 Total Calories burned.. of which 60.7 were Fat Calories.

Burned 177 Calories last night on my treadmill.. mile & a half...

I rededicated myself to my plan last night..

I'm going to "Onederland!!!"

Well, it was hot & muggy in the apartment last night.. so I decided to exercise this morning instead..

I went a little over 2 miles on the treadmill.. or dreadmill as Lisa calls it..

burned 240 calories!
