thanks to ATKINS we lost:AS of 5/8/15~~ 493.3 Lbs.
In game #2,CRICKET, lost the equivalent of
~~~~~~~~~~~~2,500 M&M's ~~~~~~~~~~~~~

it works better than nothing and does for many. there are lots of these here and when we do a game we change the thread. At least until I see something else is better!

YEA CATHY.. this is really great site. It will just take a bit to get used to doing your own charts. remember to C&P the LAST chart so that the last person's line will be correct and included..This is how ALL the game threads are done so we can manage it too.. we did before

Paulette, as afar as I know, the site can go anytime and we have been warned to save wheat we want NOW since all will be erased. Nice huh? If Chrissie had not read the blog by Jaque we would not have known. Thee is no mention anywhere on the official site of this. The groups and forums are closed already for creating others so I guess they will be erased as well and all new. Might as well not count on that place. That is why we have had so much trouble getting on that site! we are not crazy.

Okeedokee. I cut and pasted the entire chart as you requested, Cricket. You were the last one to post it so it is what it is.

I had a nice nap late morning after eating my slice of cheese. I just made my burger patty. No bacon, because I was too hungry to wait for it to cook. It was an 8 oz patty, so that will hold me the rest of the day/night. I have 2 Tbl cream on my menu yet, for coffee later. I had 3 Tbl cream early in the morning. Stats for today are: CAL 1077 PRO 74.8g FAT 87.4g CARB 0g. 72% fat, 28% pro, 0% carb. I thought I should post this for some strange reason. I haven't done it in a while.
