I had a nice nap late morning after eating my slice of cheese. I just made my burger patty. No bacon, because I was too hungry to wait for it to cook. It was an 8 oz patty, so that will hold me the rest of the day/night. I have 2 Tbl cream on my menu yet, for coffee later. I had 3 Tbl cream early in the morning. Stats for today are: CAL 1077 PRO 74.8g FAT 87.4g CARB 0g. 72% fat, 28% pro, 0% carb. I thought I should post this for some strange reason. I haven't done it in a while.
