Hi Paleogal! I'm certainly up for a gold star or two...who knows maybe even a platinum one. It all sounds good to me, especially the exercise part. I use to workout regularly, but I've been finding it so hard to get back into and I am really unfit. My plan is to do a 20 mins step workout and fifteen mins of abs Mon-Friday. I'd like to get to the gym and do some light weights but I think I'll add that a bit later when my body is over the initial shock I'm not really one to log everything I eat, but I don't mind if it helps. I'll be doing Atkins induction, but will allow some other non induction foods as long as they are low carb and of course do not take me over my 20 carb a day limit. If I hit a stall at any time, I will probably do a couple of days M&E as I have found this helpful in the past. Here’s to the three "S"s...Support, success and skinny jeans!
