Unhappy How long until this thing moves??

Hi;

I'm beginning to think that I need to put my scale away.... I'm into my third week and i've lost 5 pounds, or so I thought until yesterday when I was up 2 pounds. Today I'm back down. It won't get past 180... I admit, my clothes are feeling better and I've heard many peolple remind me that I could be building muscle and that it weighs more than fat, etc. But my quesiton is this: At what point will the darn scale move? I'm 5'5, not big boned and my goal weight is a healthy 135. Surely I can't stay at 180! I've started jogging again, but just yesterday, and the past 3 weeks haven't seen that much excercise so I'm not sure about the muscle thing. I do drink a ton of water so maybe the water weight loss surprise that most see in the beginning wasn't there for me. I'm just wondering from others out there that can relate, at what point do you think the scale will move? I'm in ketosis, I feel in control which is great, and my clothes are starting to feel better. Should I just go by these things and hang in there? Thanks in advance!

Jen

No one knows when their scale will move so it is useless asking others about your scale!

Start taking measurements, sometimes there is progress there when the scale isn't moving. Look at tweaking the calories a bit if you need to.
