I just saw the following info on the Atkins site:

Memorial Service for Dr. Atkins

The memorial service to honor Dr. Atkins will be held on Friday May 9th from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p. m. in New York City. You will be required to show your ticket to gain admittance to the service. Details on the exact location of the service will be provided on your ticket. No information will be given out over the phone.

Seating is limited. We will accommodate all that we can on a first-come, first serve basis. Please understand that we expect the auditorium to be filled to capacity and that some people may wish to attend but may not have a ticket. Unfortunately, if you do not have a ticket you will not be permitted inside the building. Also, the venue has its own security policies and you will be required to show a photo ID to gain admittance.

If you are interested in attending the memorial service, please call Campbell's Funeral Home at 212-288-3500 and advise the receptionist that you would like to attend the memorial service for Dr. Atkins, and give the receptionist your name. You must provide Campbell’s with the names for anyone on whose behalf you are calling.

It is then necessary for you to go to Campbell's Funeral Home in person to pick-up your ticket, and no more than four tickets in total. When you arrive at Campbell’s the names must already be on the list, so please call first. You must pick-up your tickets before Wednesday, May 7th.
