Veteran and Vegetarian

Hey everyone, I am new to the low carb lifestyle. I am starting tomorrow after I go shopping but must admit, I am not sure how easy this will be as I am a vegetarian. Any other vegies out there with some tips, would appreciate it!

There is a vegetarian sun-forum here, though not very active. However, you may find suggestions in older posts.
