Default cholesterol

hiya,am new in here,am a female 49years old my cholesterol count is 4.1 and am always watching what i put in my mouth.but i did indulge over christmas break.does that mean am at risk.is it too high.am concern.

A total cholesterol reading of 4.1 is fine. But I am curious - how did you find out that number? Because if you had it tested by your doctor, did s/he not discuss it with you?

What sort of a low carb plan are you following? You say you are always watching what you put in your mouth, but as long as you stick with a sensible low carb plan, there is no need to worry too much. Lots of good saturated fats, unsaturated fats and keep away from sugar and from trans fats, and you'll be fine.
