hey anybody out there battling candidiasis?? i'd love to talk with somebody regularly about it. feeling pretty alone doing all of this by myself, especially since my doctor doesn't believe me. just been learning as i go...trial and error sort of a thing.

Hi there, I am sure I have it and have been trying on and off for a few years to deal with it. Right now, I am just learning to stick to low carb again before I try to get more specific with the Candida recommendations. I work 3rd shift and have children, so it seems to be a challenge for me!
