Probably a stupid question but...

What is "Splenda and Sugar Twin"?

Hiya,

I've been looking around the forum and I keep seeing "Splenda and Sugar Twin" mentioned every where, the trouble is I've never heard of either of them!

What are they? I know that "Splenda" is currently unavaliable in the UK but Is "Sugar Twin" over here?

Please help a confused low carber!

They are both artificial sweetners. the good thing about them over others is that they don't contain aspartum which many others do.
