Unhappy In my case, it's my back and legs!

Hi Melanie,

My legs really ache a lot, especially at night. I'm only five days into this, and the aching stated on the second day. I put it down to having stopped taking my MSM (I ran out a week ago), but maybe it IS the diet.

Anybody know? It's really quite uncomfortable.

Joanna
