Exclamation Emergency help please!!! asap

I have been sick all day and Dr prescribed a pain med. Only way in the past I could take it, was with saltines to keep from throwing up. Today, took with my first meal, a nice salad, threw it all up. I haven't been able to keep anything down till now, sippin on a leftover low carb naner keto shake i had leftover from tryin atkins last year. I have 5 saltines (11 carbs) sitting next to me in case I start to feel sick again, as I just took the meds again.
Any ideas?!?!?!?!?
I'm desperate, I don't wanna break induction, but I don't wanna puke again either. No foods stayed down today

I'd say first off take care of your health. If you can't take the pain meds with out the crackers then eat the crakers. Thats the nice thing about this way of life because you can start back at day one if need be.
Also there are WAZA crackers fround in most cracker isles of the supermarket that are lower in carbs. Just a thought.....
Take care hope you feel better soon..!

Thanks for the quick responce Randi. That made me feel much better. I have had to nibble a few before I got to this post but already its easing the waves.
I will start where I left off tomorrow and not eat any other carb. Thanks again.

Take care of your health first; as soon as you feel better, you can pick up where you left off. I had a bad flu about 6 weeks into my LCing, and I did not want to go off the diet, so I totally understand. Good luck, and feel better.

to help settle your stomach you may try sipping on some chicken broth with a few crackers. And maybe some teas and other easy foods until your tummy settles down.

Get better soon.

Sounds like you're not going to be eating too many calories anyway so don't sweat it . Hope you feel better soon.

Phew, today is a better day. Thanks goodness

Well, I ended up throwing up the keto shake and 5 crackers. I then ate 5 more and kept that down and was able to get to sleep. Today, no pain so hopefully won't have to take anything else. I ate my baked ham I made last night for breakfast that I couldn't eat, and took my supplements. Feel a lil weak but on my way back. Thanks for all the responses.
