Jelly or jam

Does anyone have a recipe for making Jelly or Jam???? I have an apricot tree and I don’t want to give them all away, I would like to make some Jelly –Jam that is low carb and see if I can get the family to eat it.

I would be interested in any responses to this question as well. I have two chokecherry trees in my yard that look as if they are going to be loaded this year.
