Default Warning: gross - need help

Hi,

I've been taking ThreeLac twice a day for about a week. I've been experiencing some difficulties. That is, swamp water and foul muck rather than the regular bowel movement thing. It's so disgusting. How long can I expect this to last? Should I stop taking the ThreeLac? Sorry about the "ick factor" in this post, but I need help!

Thanks,
Chris

No you should not stop taking the Trelac.

This "gross" factor is your body dumping killed candida and trying to clean out your system.

I wish people wouldn't freak out about diarrhea when taking a medication or supplement course when the body is doing what it's supposed to.

Or rather I wish they understood that when taking a course of treatment diarrhea is the hoped for result.

Drink plenty of water.

When it stops on its own, you are getting better.

Yeah I agree, you are only going through a positive symptom, although it sure doesn't seem like it right now Stick with it, and although it's unpleasent, I am sure you'd prefer it to come out that way than stay there lurking in your gut!

Hi Zuleikaa,

Okay, I will keep taking it. I had no idea what was going to happen to my body - the length of time and "gastric explosions" seemed pretty severe to me (not having had gone through them before). Can you tell me, then, what to expect? How long will this go on? Is twice per day enough, or will it go more quickly if I take the trelac 3 or 4 times per day? It will stop on its own if I persevere, yes?

Thank you for your help on this. I wish I knew more about it prior to getting started as well....
Chris

You can take up to 6 doses of Threelac per day safely. Keep taking it until symptoms subside and then take 2 per day for another 3-4 weeks.

It will go on, with decreasing intensity, until all the candida is killed off.
