If you have not had any weight loss progress in the last few years, with VLC, carnivore, fasting or whatever, the Satiety PER CALORIE approach is a healthy method to try on a free trial. Within your preferred diet's food list, low satiety foods like salami, cheese, nuts, sausage, pork rinds, HWC etc are reduced/replaced with higher satiety per Calorie foods, like beef, seafood, green vegetables, poultry, NF Yogurt, cottage cheese, all managed with one number.
