Hi everyone!
I was wondering if any women out there could share their stories with me? I am starting a cyclical ketogenic diet in April. My boyfriend is a personal trainer and he has mapped out everything for me. He has done this before and has gotten great results. Monday-Friday I will be taking in 20 g of carbs per day. Starting Friday night after my workout through Sunday night, I will be "carbing up." I also will be weight training, doing cardio, and taking a fat burner. Hopefully, some women out there have done something similar and can tell me their results. Right now, I am 185 lbs, which is average for my height, 6'2". Everyone says I am thin and crazy to be doing this but I would like to lose about 15 lbs. Any advice from guys/gals? WISH ME LUCK!!!!

Hey Fern,

Sounds like you have it all figured out

With me I am just following Dr. Atkins Diet and have lost 5lbs the first week.

I work out on my nordictrack (not as often as I should) and thats about it for now.

I don't care for gyms as by the time I get home I am too exhausted to even think about going out again LOL
Hopefully in the good weather (if there is such a thing anymore) I will get back to my biking and walking.

Good Luck to you and remember to measure yourself also! This is in case the weight doesn't change that much, what with all the training you plan to do.

Thanks Wendy!

I really have to credit my boyfriend with making me seem like I have it all together! He has given me a lot of information. We are going to measure before we start our 8 weeks and take before and after pics. It should be interesting. I know it is going to be hard but I think doing it together will help. I will keep you updated. And congrats on losing....keep me updated on your progress!!!
