Hi everyone!
I was wondering if any women out there could share their stories with me? I am starting a cyclical ketogenic diet in April. My boyfriend is a personal trainer and he has mapped out everything for me. He has done this before and has gotten great results. Monday-Friday I will be taking in 20 g of carbs per day. Starting Friday night after my workout through Sunday night, I will be "carbing up." I also will be weight training, doing cardio, and taking a fat burner. Hopefully, some women out there have done something similar and can tell me their results. Right now, I am 185 lbs, which is average for my height, 6'2". Everyone says I am thin and crazy to be doing this but I would like to lose about 15 lbs. Any advice from guys/gals? WISH ME LUCK!!!!
