Today I begin my gym log. Accountability! That's the name of the game!
This morning I did my weight training--the routine set out by my mother's and my personal trainer. For personal reference, I'm up to the following reps with each exercise:
First Arm Curls: 75 alternating
Stomach Crunches: 23
Second Arm Curls: 40 alternting
Ab crunches: 20
Left lifts: 60 alternating
Tricep Workout: 24
I'm going to go do my aerobic now... this is the test. Let's see how far my asthma will let me run. I've got my rescue inhaler, so today is the day I see how much I can do.
Only 12 minutes of walking today, but 40 minutes of swimming, so I almost made a good round hour of exercise. The hubby and I have a 9:00 pm pool date all summer, and we're going to get some of those nice foam weights so I can do the stuff I used to do in water aerobics.
