10 Day Exercise Challenge!!!!! Let's Go!!
I thought since there are always challenges about cheating and eating, this might be a good time for an exercise challenge. What a better seasonal push right.
So here are the guidelines and lets get moving....
In the next 10 days...2000 situps...500 pushups and 150 min of aerobic.
It is fine to beat those numbers...so lets see who can come out on top!!!!
My numbers are a little different than this challenge cause I am doing a larger challenege with DH. Come on lets go!!
