My Goals:
-Reach 145 by the end of the month. (Didn't meet, but only because my body refused to)
-Go to the gym five days a week while at college. (Yup, accomplished this for the most part)
-Drink more water (Still need to work on it...)
-Try to steadily increase my exercise. (Definately accomplished)
-No cheating. Cheating means spending weeks making up for it. It's not worth spoiling my taste buds. LOL. (Super Duper accomplished!)
