My Goals:
-Reach 145 by the end of the month. (Didn't meet, but only because my body refused to)
-Go to the gym five days a week while at college. (Yup, accomplished this for the most part)
-Drink more water (Still need to work on it...)
-Try to steadily increase my exercise. (Definately accomplished)
-No cheating. Cheating means spending weeks making up for it. It's not worth spoiling my taste buds. LOL. (Super Duper accomplished!)

Thumbs up final goals

i realize it's after the fact but - i weighted myself today - 208! way more that i thought after my week of badness at my mother's. looking back, my original goal of 204 was just not very realistic. not beer - doing better, still not total clean but getting there. exercise still needs much work.
