The upping the veggies is duly noted.
My problem is that I can't seem to give up my morning coffee.It's my favorite way to start my day. Combining it with the veggies and I am over my 20 carb limit. But I will work on it. Yesirree I will!!!

I can't give up my coffee either. I have switched to decaf though and it doesn't seem to have affected my weightloss any (just completed induction and lost 19 lbs.)
