Why would I eat my exersize??
Im curious why, in my case MyFitnessPal, would it add-on my exersize deficit to my daily limits of food consumption. I've googled it, and found some heated debates on it on boards here and there, but no-one gives facts there. It's all "my way or the highway" and talk about "LUNKS" geeze....anyways, my goal is fat-burn, toning, and to be more fit and of course to have a better healthier attitude. I don't "eat my exersize" but why on earth would you? Is there a theory behind this?
