Question do you count fat?

Hi,
I was wondering on the pp plan do you count fat or is it all you track (and worry about ) is the protien and net carbs???
also where is a good protien counter where i can know how much something like salmon has in protien.

No, you don't have to count fat on PP or on any plan unless you really want to.

At the top of the page under Low-Carb Tools is a counter that you can sort any type of food group by carbs, protein or fat.

Following the Protein Equivalency charts in PP is all you need to follow if you want to keep it simple.
