I decided I would come in here and get honest with myself. I returned from a week away from home five pounds lighter than I left. For which I was really grateful. Strangely though I felt the urge to cheat and so for the last few days I have been eating granny smith apples with peanut butter. Last night I ate a homemade bun. Today it was two peices of fry bread, a couple of sandwiches, a cookie, some corn chips, and some more apples with peanut butter. Of course I felt hungry and crappy all day.

Last night my boyfriend told me it was really obvious that I had lost weight and I looked hot..

I came home from my week at school and was in the 150's for the first time in ages.

I am not sure how much damage the last few days will have done. Obviously I have some problems with success.

Sorry you're having a tough time. I do the same thing - get within 20 lbs. of goal and sabotage myself. I don't know why I do it, either. I think the bun was probably the culprit setting you on the carb binge. I've realized (finally!) that I can't eat any kind of bread/sugar combo because it will invariably set off cravings. Once the craving monster sets in, it's all over for me.

The best thing you can do is stick to meat and veggies for a few days until the cravings are gone. Usually it takes me just a couple days OP for cravings to disappear, and then it's much easier to stay OP.

Good luck - we're all here for support if you need it!
