I just wanted to mention that I don't bother with dairy but if I do have some (which is rarely)I use dairy as a 'condiment'...meaning eaten in very tiny amounts.

I'm still bouncing around and not losing steadily. I'm also going to the beach in a week, so I'm going to do the 1972 induction at least until then. I froze my blueberries last night and started today.

I foresee a lot of bacon, pork rinds, and hardboiled eggs! (And a tiny bit of lettuce and cucumber.)
