Too low insuline

Hi,

Schwarzbein mentioned in her book that on some low carb plans insuline levels may go too low.

What are the symptoms of insuline getting too low?
And what are the reference values for fasting and post-meal insuline levels ?

I'm not sure about the fasting part but, When my insuline gets low I feel dizzy and faint.. I haven't expericed this since I have been on this WOE.

I did have it when I was ssing casue I had hardly and carbs at all.

opps that was bad. I belive it take days before really showing up. For me anyway I notice if I went 2-3 days with no carbs that was when I got those feelings. HTH
