Day 35. I recovered from the late eating fumble last Monday and got back on with right path with my water. My lowcarb has been fairly easy to stick to so far and I am grateful.
I had another win today with my mother's birthday party / dinner. Kept it all low carb - called ahead to my sister and got some veggie/meat dishes customized for me (she was in charge of the menu). I made the chocolated brownie this morning and took it to the party. I had it with low carbvanilla ice cream but I was not alone - it was a hit with my sister too! Going to bed shortly because I have a lot planned tomorrow - I will be in the office four days this week so I will need to rest to be ready for my busy days. I have had a 35 day streak of low carb and no indulgence. I am more active and energetic. I see the change with how my clothes fit and I am grateful. Inflammation is reduced significantly - working towards zero pain from inflammation. All good things based on this WOE/ Lifestyle practice.
