Question Dr. S's exercise video

Dr. S's video is now for sale on her website ($39.95). Just wanted to know if anyone has bought it yet - requires some simple home exercise equipment which she has in a kit for $135(?)
YIKES - I know I need some toning up (ok - a lot of toning up). The program sounds really good - but I suppose I'm wanting someone else to take the leap first .

I checked out the exercise video deal on the SP website. Most of the $ for the kit goes toward the heart rate monitor. All you need to monitor heart rate is a finger and a pulse point, so that would be the first thing I would cut to save money. The other items are common exercise equipment that you could probably get at Walmart for 1/2 the price. Then the $40 for a video doesn't sound so bad. I have yoga and Pilates videos I like, and I feel I have a good exercise program already, so I am not planning to get the videos. I am curious what they are like, though.
