I have been on low carb diet for 6 months now and have only lost a pound per month. This seems unusual and I'm trying so hard. I exercise at least 4 times a week and still no results to speak of. I saw an add for a product that is natural with no stimulants called Quickslim and am going to order it.Maybe the combination will work.

Your profile says that you are following Atkins, but it also indicates that you have not read Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution.

To follow Atkins, you have to read Atkins. Low-carbing by information from others or making it up yourself is usually dissapointing as you have discovered. Make sure you get the new 2002 edition of Atkins.

Thanks I will try to get the book. The diet I had my Dr. had given me and that's what he called it. He gave me menus I had to stick to etc. I did order the Quick Slim and am doing well on it but I guess I didn't give this a fair shot .I'm working on learning to eat better as this is a life long goal.

I seriously recommend you go to a bookstore and buy the Atkins Diet Revolution book. To understand why it works is very liberating and helps you make choices regarding your food, rather than just because someone told you to.
