I will go next, i want to lose 4 pounds by June 26 (when i go to camp), and then 10 by august 24.(junior yr of high school)

Hi sweetgal .... I really have no clue what i am going to eat when i go to camp. I do not know what they are going to have ...but i am going to try my best to eat as litle bad stuff as possiable.

that is a good idea .... i will have to check the manual.... I am going to a camp being held at Yale University, so i will be eatting mosto f my meals there so if i can just keep my power and not lower myself to eatting food which will make me sick , i think i will be just fine.

so how are you doing today ?

So far so good today . i am going to work out with my mom this morning at the gym. so hopefully that will help with me start getting motovated to start working out everyday.

my favorite meal is a chicken brest with alfreado sauce ontop. it is so good! what is your favorite meal?

My favorite meal would have to be chicken strips ( pork rind covered) , but I try to hold back on those at times because of the fat.

So what kind of things do you have to bring to camp?

Well today has been a good day so far, no cheats and I gained 15 pounds now i'm down 10.

hi sorry i did not reply yesterday ..... sounds like you are doing well today.

om i have to bring like almost everything someone would bring if they were going away to college . so like toiletrees , a alarm , jeans , shorts , t-shirts , dress clothes , one night we are going to a night club ( thety rent it out for the night ) and then i am going to boston for a weekend so i have to bring extra stuff for that . i am also briknging a swimsuit , and other weird stuff like magazines , make up , nail polish , paper to writre home on . stuff like that.
