Hello out there.I live in central NL and am an old hand at this way of life and I love it!!!!....but.........no one else does!!I have lost at one point nearly 200 pounds by doing Atkins ,then gave into popular pressure and gave it up(needless to say I gained 100 of it back!)
I would like to hear from others in this province about this way of life.It would be nice to have some support when it is so elusive here.

OMG!!!!Am I the only one in this province that is following Atkins???Well,if I am,I am just going to have to find some support and friends on here.It would have been nice to have someone close,but,oh well.I WILL stick with this because I know it works!!
