HAHA!!

Well I jacked up SOOO BAD, I fell of my diet. I lost about 10 pounds, did the Atkins induction for like 3 weeks, then slowly started adding carbs, then just freaked out, ate a McDonal's cheeseburger and kept on the downward spiral!!
Within 2 months I added that 10 pounds BACK on. Man, I KNEW I had gained before I even weighed, my clothes were getting tight again. I'm so freaking bummed out!! I've got to get back on the ball!! Tell me AGAIN why low carb is so good, I need more pep talkin!!

Well you know you can lose it again so don't kick yourself to much. look at it as a learning experience, you now know if you go back to your old WOE you will gain. Many people gain way more than 10 pounds before they realise whats going on!
