On Sunday, I did my Leslie Sansone 4 mile walking tape. Everytime I do this tape it is so inspiring that I don't feel tired until later in the evening. I love it!
Yesterday, I went to sleep early, so that I could get up early today and do my Leslie Sansone 2 mile walking tape. It was a disaster, I got up early but for some reason I could barely do the tape. I don't know if I was just overly tired from Sunday or what. It's the same tape that I do everyday but today, I just couldn't get into the groove. I was thinking about not doing it at all, since I didn't have any energy. I just walked if there was a part that I just couldn't do. Now I'm reconsidering if I should do my weight training in the morning and do my aerobics at night? I'll try it tomorrow and see if it works better. I just know that I have to add weight training, so that I can build muscle, tone up and lose more fat!!!!!

It's been a long time since I've posted in my gym log but I have been still doing exercise on and off up to this date. Yesterday, I did the Core Secrets DVD by Gunnar Peterson. I like it but I need to get better at doing the exercises on the ball. It's kind of funny, because I'll be slipping off of the ball or losing my balance. I guess it's not as easy as it looks. This week, I'm going to do the Core Secrets dvd twice and the Leslie Sansone 4 mile walk twice. On Friday, I'll do my line dancing dvd. I have to really start exercising if I want to be a reasonable size by the time I go out of town in August 2006.

I'm so happy that I did my walk, it was uplifting. I really enjoyed it and I can't wait to do it again.

Sorry Gym log-I've been neglecting you

Tuesday- 1 hour - Core Secrets with Gunnar Peterson
Wednesday- 1 hour - 4 mile walking video with Leslie Sansone
Thursday - no formal exercise but I washed the car for a 1/2 hour
Friday - 1 hour - Core Secrets with Gunnar Peterson

I'll do better next week.
