Atkins to CAD

I've been on Atkins induction for 6 months now - I have the odd carb cheat day but back on right away...I'm down 55+ lbs and know I have to move on. I'm finding it difficult to figure what I can have by reading Atkins book tho...it's easier to stay on induction and have limited choice I think.
Anyway, I had been on CAD a few years back - didn't stay on it very long tho cuz just wasn't the time - and wondering if it would be easier to switch to that and have carbs for that one hour.
Has anyone tried this?

Many on CAD have come from Atkins.
