Has anyone tried freezing one of the Atkins Shakes in a tupperware container to see what you get??

I have just done it, and would be interested to know what I'll get out of the freezer tomorrow.

Hopefully something like ice cream........wishful thinking

I purchased an Ice cream maker. I have one that you freeze the bowl and the top has a motor and paddle. I have made Ice cream from low carb milk (carb countdown chocolate) Carb drinks and soy milk and cream.
I have also frozen carb drinks. Freezing the carb drinks will give you a hard frozen can of frozen stuff. I purchased the Rival gel canister Ice cream maker for about $40.00 at Walmart. Best thing for making small batches of ice cream. Best recipe 2 cups carb countdown chocolate milk, 1 cup heavy cream. 4-5 packs Splena. 1 Tablespoon Glycerin. Put that mix in maker and let it go. Go to the web and search "rival gel canister ice cream maker"
Recently Bryers came out with a low carb Ice Cream but there is alot of sugar alcohols in it.
