in the nearly 20 years i've been based here i've never actually been, but heard only good things about it. also during the same week the is the 'Blues, Brews & BBQ's' which anually attracts crowds of around 8000 plus. so if any of you ever do come be sure to let me know!

this morning i was emailed by a friend asking if i would go to the blues, brews and bbqs with her (this one i've been to and enjoyed emensley). it's on in about 4 weeks time, i will have been low carbing for nearly 6 weeks by then and hopefully will have a slimmer figure to show off...so i've decided that all going to plan...i will go

on the other hand, i got asked to go to the races tomorrow... and had to say no not quite strong enough yet to resist the pull of the alcohol to be had there.
