hi, you,ve done very well on your fat fast.i,m pleased it worked for you.i think its a good way to kickstart the metabolism and get the weightloss going,i just think before a holiday,there is so much to think about,preparations etc, that if sylvia waits till she gets back,she can really concentrate on it.
