South Beach Cole Slaw

Phase 2



Prep time: 20 minutes


4 Servings

Ingredients
1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 1⁄2 teaspoons celery seed
1 teaspoon granular sugar substitute
1 small (1- to 1 1⁄2-pound) head green cabbage
shredded (TK cups)
1 small (1- to 1 1⁄2-pound) head red cabbage
Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
Whisk together mayonnaise,mustard, vinegar, celery seed, and sugar substitute.Add cabbage and toss to combine. Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to serve.
