Glenda: I appreciate your input! I go through waves with high sweetener usage. Coincidentally, these 'waves' start with the purchase of a bottle of sugar-free Da Vinci's syrup and end when I throw out the empty.

I am trying to train myself to drink coffee without sweetener as we speak
